The most useful email this site gets. Include the page and the specific claim. Factual errors are corrected directly and the verification date moves with the fix.
Something about your Cursor account
Billing, refunds, a locked account, a lost seat, a subscription that will not cancel. Nobody here can see your account or act on it. Cursor support can.
A bug in Cursor itself
Crashes, hangs, a model that will not respond, an agent that broke a repository. These need a request ID and go to Cursor, not here.
Trademark or asset concerns
If you represent Anysphere and want something on this site changed or removed, email and say so. Requests from the trademark owner are acted on rather than argued with.

- Through the Cursor help centre at cursor.com/help, or by email to hi@cursor.com. Account, billing and subscription problems can only be resolved there. This site has no access to any Cursor account.
- Will you answer questions about how to use Cursor?
- Usually not individually, because the Cursor forum answers them faster and in public where the next person can find the answer. Questions that reveal a gap on this site do get turned into a page.
- How long does a reply take?
- This is a one-person site, so a few days is normal and busy weeks are longer. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
- Do you accept guest posts or sponsored links?
- No. The site carries display advertising through Google AdSense and nothing else. Guest post and link insertion offers are not answered.
